Place order from our website as normal:

1. Select Destination: USA or Other (International).
2. Select your size (if ordering a shirt).
3. Then click 'Add To Cart' button.
4. At the PayPal checkout screen, click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link (see image below).
5. You can then enter your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express number.
